From time to time, the flavor of the finest Wagyu beef is simply incomparable!

Every cut of the meat is unique; there are no two of the same quality of meat even if it’s from the same cattle. That is why “Yutaka” always insists to serve the finest cut of Wagyu beef from cattle that’s carefully selected from all over Japan. Every steak we serve is from the core part of the fillet. The characteristics of the leanness and fattiness varies depending on how the cattles were raised. We carefully adjust the grilling time for each and it is most commonly finished as a rare. Placed on a steel plate over a bed of packed grilled garlic, the fat of the Wagyu beef dissolves gradually and is grilled evenly from rare to medium. This is a unique dish in which you can only enjoy at “Yutaka”. Please enjoy the fine taste of Wagyu beef along with a soy sauce-based sauce, in which the flavor of the meat has been thoroughly drawn out.
